How To Change the IP Address of an IP Camera
Connect to the Cameras IP Address
1. Navigate to the cameras IP Address and Login.
Note: Your computer must be configured to be on the same IP Address
scheme as the camera. Please contact your network administrator for more
information on setting your computer’s IP address.
2. Click “Setup” on the menu at the top.
3. On the left click “Networking”.
4. Ensure ‘Obtain IP Address’ is set to static.
5. Set the IP address to match your network.
Note: You may need to contact your IT department to verify which IP
addresses are available.
6. Set your Subnet Mask and Default Gateway to matrion your network.
Note: You may need to contact your IT department to verify network settings.
7. Click ‘Save’ to activate the settings.
The camera will log you off and ask you to log into the camera again.
Note: If the camera’s IP address changed to a different network. You may need
to change the IP address of your computer to match the new networking
scheme.
